Introductory to Advanced Camps

Two different Lego robotics camps are offered in the summer.  Both camps use the EV3 Lego Mindstorms kits.  

The introductory camp is for kids 8 and up (7 if the parent feels they are ready) that have not used the kits before.  The kids will build a basic robot.  They will learn how to make the robot move and how to use three different sensors.  They will use what they learn in a friendly competition.  

The advanced camp is for kids who know how to use the basic functions of the robot such as making the robot move, avoid objects, and follow a line.  This camp will go into more advanced topics such as how to count lines, use light sensors to line up on a line, and other topics depending on the experience of the campers.
